Junior Youth Group

Are you in 7th or 8th grade? You’re ready to join the Junior Youth Group! The youth group will strengthen the bonds you’ve already made with your religious school friends and allow you to form a strong community outside of class. Through our activities, we’ll be able to watch ourselves grow and mature, and gather the tools we need to make the tough decisions in our everyday lives. You’ll soon find that you’ll have a unique connection to your Judaism and to your Jewish friends, all the while having a whole lot of fun!

As a youth group, we’ll reach out to the larger community and become an integral part of Congregation B’nai B’rith, Santa Barbara, and Goleta. There are lots of things that we can do to become more active in temple life, and have lots of fun at the same time! Also, we’ll push ourselves to become more aware of current events and help to make a difference in our world and our town.

We have a full calendar of events planned especially for you! That means big fun all year round! Fun really is the word that describes the time you’re gonna have; you won’t want to miss a single event.
