Ted Merwin, Ph.D teaches religion and Judaic studies at Dickinson College. He is the author of two books including Pastrami on Rye: An Overstuffed History of the Jewish Delicatessen. Professor Merwin will discuss the past, present and future of the deli in an age of ethnic nostalgia, sustainability, and artisanal food and drink.
